Job Summary

The Department Assistant will provide critical support to the department, focusing on administrative tasks, organizational assistance, and maintaining efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist department employees with organizational tasks and ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage correspondence lists, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute internal and external meetings, events, and projects.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for collecting feedback from employees and fostering a positive working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the department's continued success.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hungarian, and Ukrainian languages.
  • Demonstrate a high level of patience, psychological stability, and confidence in your actions.
  • Proven experience in creating presentations, timetables, and working with Google Products and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A strong understanding of IT terminology and concepts is essential.
  • Native or Upper Intermediate level of written and verbal Hungarian and Ukrainian.
  • Intermediate or higher level of written and verbal English language.

  • Previous experience in a similar position or management roles.
  • IT background and knowledge of IT-related terms.
  • Hungarian language knowledge at B1 level or higher.
  • Experience in international exchange programs and working in multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
