We are seeking a highly skilled IT Trainer/Mentor to join our Learning & Development Center at NIX Tech Kft. Our goal is to create new and improve existing IT courses to make learning more effective and engaging.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in Computer Science and technical expertise in at least one of the following fields: Linux, DevOps, Java, .NET, JS, Python or Automation QA. Fluency in English is also required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting teaching in groups with students
  • Mentoring students
  • Creating new IT courses from scratch (from the idea to the release) in cooperation with experts in various technical fields
  • Preparing curriculums and educational plans
  • Processing and interpreting skills matrices and requirements for candidates taught in these courses
  • Developing educational materials (theory, practice, tests, study cases)
  • Implementing modern educational technologies into corporate education
  • Gamifying learning
  • Participating in improving NIX educational courses
  • Consulting teachers on training issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge in Computer Science
  • Technical expertise in at least one of the following fields: Linux, DevOps, Java, .NET, JS, Python or Automation QA
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information and educational materials
  • Planning, analysis and structuring of incoming tasks
  • Proactive approach to tasks completion, flexibility and multitasking
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
