About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor to join our team at ManpowerGroup s.r.o. as a Financial Audit Specialist. As an Audit Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own audit orders, including work division, supervision, and preparation of final deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage audit orders, including work division, supervision, and preparation of final deliverables.
  • Collaborate daily with experienced team members, managers, and partners to ensure high-quality audit services.
  • Communicate regularly with client representatives, such as CFOs and Chief Accountants, to understand their financial needs and provide expert advice.
  • Conduct financial audits and due diligence across various sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, trading, investment funds, non-profits, and more.
  • Provide accounting advisory services, including hedging, consolidation, and due diligence, to help clients make informed financial decisions.
  • Work both in the office and on-site with clients, with occasional travel within the Czech Republic.
Requirements
  • Interest in auditing and a desire to develop and build your career as a Financial Audit Specialist.
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial auditing and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in Czech, with a strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients.
  • A valid driving license and a strong ability to work independently.
  • A minimum of passive knowledge of English or German, with a strong ability to communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, handle stress, and prioritize tasks effectively.
