At monday.com, we're redefining the way teams collaborate and maximize their potential. We're looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our Warsaw office, established in 2022.

This is an exceptional opportunity to own complex projects end-to-end, shape architecture, and mentor others while driving meaningful impact. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll work closely with Product and Design, taking full responsibility from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be working on an array of challenges that push the boundaries of our products and infrastructure. Our tech stack includes React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, and MySQL.

Your Responsibilities
  • Work on end-to-end design and implementation of features, from database to UI.
  • Take ownership of complex projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and UX considerations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Design, to drive successful project outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong technical skills and passion for developing features end-to-end.
  • Experience building web applications and/or distributed systems from scratch.
  • Understanding of product development and ability to build software that provides a great user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
