About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Director to lead the identification, planning, and coordination of a set of related projects with high risk, high investment, and high complexity within a program of business change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Aligning program objectives with the IT strategy and company objectives, consulting on the selection and planning of all related projects & activities.
  • Project Planning and Control: Planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting on activities related to the program, ensuring that there are appropriate and effective governance arrangements, supported by comprehensive reporting and communication.
  • Project Delivery: Taking responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of complex projects (with significant business, political, or high-profile impact and high-risk dependencies) as well as being responsible for budget control.
  • Stakeholder Management: Supporting 3rd party suppliers when required, typically operating across two delivery channels.
  • Digital Transformation: Consulting on the identification, planning, and coordination of a set of related projects with high risk, high investment, and high complexity within a program of business change and their dependencies in support of the IT strategy and its objectives.
Requirements
  • Security: Implementing regulatory frameworks in the IT space, particularly DORA solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, excellent organization and communication skills.
