Lead Engineering Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong engineering mindset, infrastructure experience, and the ability to coordinate across different domains.

This role offers an opportunity to drive engineering maturity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with domain representatives, standards teams, and transformation working groups.
  • Analyze data insights to drive engineering decisions and generate status reports.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and engineering maturity.
  • Work with engineering communities to design skill development and career pathways.
  • Understand and align work across different domains, including Storage, Network, Compute, and Platforms, ensuring consistency in standards and practices.
