What We Expect From You
  • You should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in production-grade machine learning inference and model training lifecycle.
  • A strong background in software development with a minimum of 5 years of overall experience.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and experience with HuggingFace, PyTorch or Tensorflow.
  • Strong experience in NLP (beyond LLMs / Transformers) and/or CV (beyond convolution networks).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including knowledge of data analysis, statistics and data visualization.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Azure Cloud, Google Cloud, or AWS, as well as OpenAI platform.
  • Familiarity with MLOps frameworks, such as AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML, ZenML, MLFlow, Neptune, or Weights&Biases.
  • Knowledge of deployment of ML models for large-scale production projects and experience with parameter efficient fine-tuning techniques.
