Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough manual and automated testing activities to validate system functionality, ensuring that all features meet the required standards.
  • Document and track test results, as well as log defects in test management tools to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
  • Review and analyze project documentation to guarantee comprehensive test coverage, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with production support, test management, and solution delivery teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Discuss requirements and clarify execution details with business analysts to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
  • Escalate identified risks or issues to appropriate stakeholders, promoting proactive problem-solving and swift resolution.
  • Create, execute, and analyze automated test scripts to optimize testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Apply SQL queries to validate backend data and processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and practices, driving innovation and excellence in software quality assurance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
  • Experience using SOAP UI for service testing.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for test management and documentation.
  • Knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
