About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Meniga. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product roadmap, ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales and marketing, to drive product strategy and ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the banking industry, on diverse markets and verticals
  • Define product requirements and work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and deliver high-quality products, on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancements
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, within the banking/fintech industry
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to launch
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, within diverse markets and verticals
