Workday Payroll Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Workday to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Entry modules, as well as a proven track record of delivering complex system-to-system integration projects.

• Perform tactical configuration of Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Entry modules.
• Participate in the Global Payroll Transformation project as a key member of the cross-functional project team.
• Provide Workday expertise regarding system design to ensure a successful implementation.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Minimum 2 full life cycle implementations of Workday (ERP) experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3-5 years of hands-on configuration experience with Workday payroll integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., ADP, Neeyamo) across multiple deployments, especially international payroll systems and benefits providers.
• Experience with Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad).
• Experience in Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST).
• Experience configuring PECI connectors and transformations with other payroll integration vendors like ADP and their various payroll products.
• Experience developing Workday custom reports, Payroll dashboards, calculated fields, condition rules.
• Experience dealing with Workday Payroll administrative functions including but not limited to tenant, business process and security and access control configurations (including role-based access control and data privacy), data loads, and payroll processes.

• Must be certified in Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Enthusiastic about solving complex, system-to-system integration problems.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment and Agile framework.
