Finance Assistant Sought for Accounts Payable Team

The International Accounts Payable team is looking for a highly motivated finance assistant to join their dynamic group. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global finance operations and develop valuable skills in financial analysis, communication, and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and proficiency with numbers. They will also be proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with confident communication in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:
  • Validate and process incoming vendor invoices
  • Support invoice matching and posting in SAP system
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding payment status, invoice discrepancies, and clarifications
  • Assist with reminders, payment overviews, and portal maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, operations, finance) to resolve open items
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Currently studying Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Valid work permit
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Confident communication in English (written and spoken)
