At 4flow, we're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our Transportation Specialists in optimizing our customers' logistics networks. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for validating figures, checking loading lists, and communicating closely with carriers, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate figures received by carriers and customers
  • Check loading lists and investigate any discrepancies
  • Change load statuses in our internal system
  • Communicate closely with carriers, customers, and internal teams
  • Support the continuous optimization of our customers' logistics networks

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in logistics, economics, or a related field of study
  • Previous practical experience as an intern or working student in the transportation sector
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and strong communication skills in Czech and English
  • Team- and detail-oriented
  • Interested in the field of logistics and excited to work in a dynamic and international environment
