DevOps Engineer for Cloud Infrastructure
">- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineer / System Administrator roles are required to join our team.
- Solid experience in any public cloud, with a preference for GCP but AWS or Azure experience is also welcome.
- Fluency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform is necessary for this role.
- Experience with scripting automation and CI/CD pipelines, including design and usage, is essential. We use Github Actions, but other tools are also acceptable.
- Experience with containerized solutions, such as GKE, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions, or competitive alternatives, is expected.
- Cloud-based monitoring experience, including both cloud-native solutions and generic ones based on the Grafana / Prometheus stack, is necessary.
- A security-first approach, experience in designing infrastructure in a secure, least-privilege manner, and hardening any vulnerable configurations are required.
- A proactive approach to finding solutions and improvements in any area is expected.
- A high level of self-organization, independent thinking, and ability to make your own decisions is necessary.
- The ability to brainstorm and co-create new solutions, both business and technical, is expected.
- A team player attitude and strong communications skills are required.
- Adaptability, an agile mindset, and the ability to learn fast are necessary.
- Advanced English language skills are required.
About This Role
">- We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who can help us keep our Google Cloud Platform's infrastructure up-to-date and secure.
- This role involves guiding cross-functional engineering teams towards best technical practices and tailoring the infrastructure to support their goals.
- Additionally, we want someone who can grow professionally and master classical DevOps skills related to public cloud, IaC, and CI/CD.
- Optional specialisation areas include Big Data, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics, as well as DevSecOps - SIEM, anomaly detection, and zero-trust designs.
