**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect with expertise in cloud platforms, service-oriented architecture, and microservices design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial software development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with sales and project managers to estimate, design, develop, and deliver solutions.
• Communicate continuously with domain experts and product owners to understand core business needs and goals.
• Design and pitch proposed solutions to management, peers, and teams.
• Advocate proposals during all stages of the SDLC.
• Participate in hands-on development processes, team supervision, and project tracking.
• Manage requirements change, solutions, and technology documentation.
• Lead detailed project design activities, PoC development, and team mentoring.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical leadership experience in cloud platforms (MS Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and good practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
