We're on a mission to inspire people worldwide to experience life-changing moments. As a Product Support Engineer at Let's Do This, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our users have an exceptional experience.

Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues, collaborating with software engineers to reproduce and diagnose defects, and working towards long-term solutions.

You'll also be responsible for enhancing our technical documentation and knowledge base, providing feedback to product and engineering teams about potential enhancements or areas of improvement, and working closely with the GTM team and organizers to ensure smooth race day experiences.

What You'll Need
  • Familiarity with React and TypeScript is beneficial, but a strong background in troubleshooting and excellent communication skills are paramount.
  • Prior experience in technical support or product support roles, preferably in fast-paced tech environments.
  • A deep commitment to user satisfaction and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and other teams.
  • A knack for digging deep into issues and ensuring timely resolutions.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
