Our company is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Junior IT Business Analyst. This role involves driving business process analysis of conceptual ideas, communicating and ensuring stakeholder engagement, designing solutions, and facilitating meetings and coordinating development teams regarding the requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in English: Upper-Intermediate or above.
  • A minimum of 1 year of commercial experience as an IT Business Analyst/ Requirements Engineer; or at least 1,5 years as Quality Assurance Engineer/ Support Specialist/ or related roles.
  • Knowledge of business analysis techniques and theory of software requirements development.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development practices.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Technical/software development background and mindset.
  • Facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of basic computer science.
  • Knowledge of technologies and methods of product quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of basic functions of JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io.
