At Efigence SA, we are seeking an accomplished UX/UI Designer to join our team of technology enthusiasts. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating cutting-edge user experiences and interfaces for our clients.

We are a technology company established in 1995, where people are a priority. A team of over 150 technology enthusiasts allowed us to implement hundreds of projects in the banking, insurance, e-commerce, and other sectors. Many of them have gained recognition by winning awards in prestigious competitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing complex, enterprise-level mobile and web applications from concept phase to final development-ready user flows
  • Ideating, exploring, and communicating design decisions and concepts through wireframes, sketches, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and high-fidelity mockups
  • P Presenting and pitching design choices and ideas to stakeholders
  • Conducting and facilitating UX workshops with stakeholders, business owners, business analysts, developers to understand product requirements and translate them into final user flows (development-ready hi-fi mockups, interactive prototypes, etc)
  • Working with complex design system - building, maintaining and improving
