Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Transaction Monitoring Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Poland. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety of financial transactions by monitoring transactions, investigating suspicious activities, and collaborating with other teams to prevent financial crime.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain transactional data integrity by identifying and flagging potential fraudulent activity.
    • Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious transactions and customer accounts, escalating high-risk cases to senior analysts as needed.
    • Develop and maintain detailed records of investigations, reporting findings to relevant teams and updating them on emerging fraud trends.
    • Collaborate effectively with customers and team members to resolve fraud cases and implement strategies to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
  • Fundamental Skills:
    • Analytical and detail-oriented approach to work, with a strong ability to identify patterns and anomalies.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in documentations and escalations.
    • Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, as well as basic understanding of banking, payment systems, and compliance standards.
    • Relevant experience or education in finance, risk management, or customer service, preferably with exposure to fraud detection or prevention.
