Job Title: HR Payroll Specialist

Company Overview:
Vention is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing, while maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify payroll calculations, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
  • Enter and manage HR and payroll data in the system, guaranteeing accurate payroll processing.
  • Prepare declarations for external institutions, such as ZUS, US, and PFRON.
  • Manage Employee Capital Plans (PPK).
  • Administer employee benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and payroll-related roles is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of labor law, social security, and tax regulations. Proficiency in Comarch OPTIMA and Płatnik software is also essential. Additionally, excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial for this position.
