Fullstack Java Technical Leader

  • This position involves leading a team in ensuring consistency in development, promoting code reusability and encouraging the use of transversal tools.
  • Responsibilities include participating in study, estimation and slicing of the backlog into user stories, developing high-quality new features while adhering to software craftsmanship and DevOps best practices.
  • You will identify and resolve bugs to enhance system performance and reliability, documenting architectural decisions and technical choices to ensure clarity and maintainability.
  • Additionally, you will engage in knowledge-sharing activities within the program community, working in an international environment where fluent English is required.
  • Synchronization and sharing with international teams are essential, as well as advocating for simplicity in solutions and delivering incremental improvements.
  • The ideal candidate should ensure adherence to best practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), documentation and Architectural Decision Records (ADR).
Requirements
  • A strong background in Angular, Java, Spring Framework, Oracle, PostgreSQL, ELK Stack, CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins and Cloud is necessary.
Work Environment
  • This role offers hybrid work from Warsaw, with 1-2 days per week spent in the office.
