Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Evaluation: Review videos, audio, comments, and links to ensure they align with community guidelines and flag inappropriate content.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure all content, including images and titles, follows platform rules and standards.
  • User Support: Respond to user appeals and provide clear guidance on content moderation decisions.
  • Compliance: Collaborate with your team to ensure the platform consistently adheres to compliance regulations.
  • Trend Awareness: Monitor user trends and behaviors to identify potential risks and adjust moderation approaches as needed.
  • Process Enhancement: Provide feedback on moderation methods and collaborate with internal teams to improve tools and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Czech (C1/C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
