We are seeking an experienced Senior Utility Scale Solar Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in renewables, comprehensive knowledge of Romanian regulations, and a proven ability to manage complex solar projects from land acquisition to grid connection.

  • As a Senior Utility Scale Solar Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of utility-scale PV projects in Romania, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with company goals.
  • You will manage the entire project lifecycle: feasibility analysis, permitting, financing, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, authorities, grid operators, and other key stakeholders.
  • You will coordinate with EPC and engineering teams to ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • You will track regulatory developments in Romania and adjust project strategies accordingly.
  • You will identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning.
  • You will drive negotiations for PPAs, land lease agreements, and financing structures.
  • You will work closely with internal departments, investors, and external consultants to optimize project outcomes.
  • You will provide regular project updates to senior leadership, including financial performance and risk assessments.
