About the Role:
In this pivotal position, you will oversee the design and implementation of advanced data pipelines and machine learning processes, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business results. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of data science solutions, including data pipelines and ML processes, leveraging your technical expertise.
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Accurately estimate time and resources required for new projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Promote a continuous learning and improvement culture, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and coaching, driving individual and collective growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in data science and machine learning, with experience designing and implementing complex data pipelines and ML processes.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of guiding teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent technical skills in Python, with experience working with popular libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including GCP, AWS, and Azure, with experience deploying and managing scalable data infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and serverless computing, with knowledge of tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Lambda.
- Familiarity with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and MySQL, as well as NoSQL solutions like MongoDB and DynamoDB.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights that drive business value.
