As a Dutch Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely salary payments to employees in the Netherlands. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the processing of expatriate payroll and tax reporting as needed.
• Managing and resolving MyHR tickets related to payroll inquiries within the HR Delivery Centres scope.
• Maintaining the payroll mailbox and handling communication with external payroll providers, HR teams, and employees.
• Collaborating with various teams, including HR, Finance, and business leaders, to ensure smooth payroll operations and ongoing process improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll, with a main focus on Dutch payroll.
• University degree in HR, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related area is preferred.
