About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
    • Verify the quality of technical and operational documentation to ensure it meets the required standards.
    • Coordinate the creation of operational documentation, including translating complex technical information into user-friendly knowledge articles.
    • Work collaboratively with IT teams to leverage IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, focusing on the Knowledge Management module.
    • Drive consistency in documented knowledge base articles and solutions.
    • Maintain relevant content for new team members and continued training.
    • Encourage staff to share knowledge effectively and efficiently.
    • Serve as a single point of contact for Knowledge Management-related inquiries.
