We are seeking experienced freelancers to join our recruitment team and manage the end-to-end hiring process for multilingual candidates. If you're a high achiever, you could secure a leadership position, earn double fees, and receive bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the manager to determine ongoing recruitment needs">
  • Advertise job openings on various international platforms">
  • Source potential candidates via online channels (e.g., social media and professional networks)">
  • Screen candidates who meet the required qualifications">
  • Organize and conduct initial interviews">
  • Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates">
  • Track candidates throughout the hiring process until they are placed with the client">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing">
  • Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives)">
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks">
  • Experience recruiting for the European market">
  • Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons)">
  • Proficiency in English and other European languages (Dutch, German, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish)">
