Lead Financial Controller for Manufacturing Industry

We are seeking an experienced Lead Financial Controller to join our team at Devire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and accounting, with expertise in managing full accounting processes, teams of accountants, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Manage the full accounting process of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial objectives.
• Prepare tax declarations and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
