Cybersecurity Strategist

In the role of Cybersecurity Strategist at HSBC Technology Poland, you will play a crucial part in shaping the bank's cybersecurity strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.

You will be responsible for leading the development and strategy planning for HBCE cyber services. This will involve working closely with the Global Businesses and Functions to monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives, transformation initiatives, and operational performance.

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies that align with the bank's overall objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and threats.
• Lead the oversight of Strategy, Portfolio, Execution & Consultancy activities for HBCE countries.
• Provide expertise, oversight, and assurance around security processes, controls, and standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A proven track record of developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies.
• Excellent technical cybersecurity knowledge and risk management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including training budget, private healthcare, and international projects.
