At Acoustic, we are seeking a skilled UX Writer to join our design team. This role offers the opportunity to craft original content that enhances our products and supports cross-portfolio initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and research skills, with the ability to adapt to an agile work environment. Experience working with marketing automation or SaaS-based solutions is highly desirable.

As a UX Writer at Acoustic, you will collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create digital content that meets user needs and expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Shaping the product experience by creating useful and meaningful text that guides users through various digital touchpoints.
  • Translating user needs and user experience design into well-written content, such as help center articles, release notes, online integration guides, API and SDK content, and guided tours.
  • Participating in research to develop empathy for your target audience and develop an analytics strategy to measure content effectiveness.
  • Using data and research to understand user behavior and ensure content consistency with Acoustic's voice, style, and guidelines.

Requirements for this position include a degree in English, communications, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in online writing and publishing. Knowledge of CMS, HTML, CSS, and markdown is beneficial but not essential.
