About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Director to drive our product marketing strategy forward.

Job Description:
  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Product Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling messaging that differentiates our products in the market, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide Sales teams with the tools, presentations, and content needed to effectively sell our products.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product marketing performance using key metrics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, Product & Bid Management, and other departments to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introductions.
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis.
  • Provide Sales teams with the necessary tools and resources.
  • Monitor and analyze product marketing performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in the technology or software sector.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient knowledge of English at a profound level.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
