We are seeking a seasoned Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality lead generation and set up meetings for our sales team.
Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth research across various channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, to identify potential clients.
- Execute comprehensive lead generation strategies: omnichannel outreach, forums, Reddit, communities, databases, and other sources.
- Achieve KPI delivery: at least 40 qualified leads per month.
- Perform daily outreach touches aimed at initiating contact and scheduling meetings.
- Utilize AI tools and prompts to verify and qualify leads before handing them over to the sales team.
- Schedule regular sales discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Analyze lead generation performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Proven experience in lead generation and/or sales.
- Ability to build effective lead generation funnels across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email tools, and alternative lead generation platforms.
- Experience working with alternative lead generation channels: Reddit, Discord, Slack, forums, and web spiders (parsing, collecting contact information).
- Experience with AI tools for research, lead verification, and personalized outreach.
- Digital marketing principles and lead nurturing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Upper-intermediate English level or higher.
