About the Role

We are seeking an experienced System Management Engineer to join our team. This is a key position that requires technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure our IT infrastructure is running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, manage, and maintain monitoring tools for our IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage across servers, applications, and network components.
  • Develop and fine-tune monitoring rules, thresholds, dashboards, and alerts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents in a timely manner.
  • Analyze problems and support problem management.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and automation projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow operational standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Icinga2, Broadcom Spectrum, Centreon, Amdosoft b4, PRTG, Grafana, Prometheus.
  • Detailed understanding of infrastructure monitoring principles and best practices.
  • Experience with SNMP, WMI, and API-based data collection.
  • Ability to create monitoring templates, scripts, and automation where needed.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Desired Certifications:
  • Zabbix Certified Professional / Expert.
  • Prometheus Certified Associate (PCA).
  • Grafana Labs Certification.
  • ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
  • Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC-1 or higher).
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
  • CompTIA Network+ / Server+
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) – if working in containerized environments.
