Business Analysis Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analysis expert to drive the success of our global institutional client onboarding projects.

  • Able to quickly grasp complex ideas and concepts, with hands-on experience in working with domains around client onboarding, KYC, regulatory requirements, and financial products.
  • Experienced in requirement engineering for sophisticated projects, with technical knowledge of APIs, system integration, and SQL.
  • Fully understands the business analysis lifecycle from requirements definition through to implementation within a business-facing IT environment.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both business users and IT development teams at various seniority levels.
  • Ability to escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and project management.

The ideal candidate will have a delivery-oriented approach to both individually assigned tasks and projects, with proficiency in tools like Confluence, JIRA, SQL, BPMN, and UML. They will lead the delivery of global projects, including cross-system integrations, workflow improvements, UI/UX changes, data models, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage requirements for global institutional client onboarding projects.
  • Improve workflows, support cross-system integration, and enhance UI/UX.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, bridge business and IT, and ensure successful delivery through testing, training, and clear communication.
  • Present business requirements, proposed solutions, and acceptance criteria to stakeholders.
  • Support the development team with query resolution during development phases.

  • Strong SQL skills.
