Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Gismart. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on various matters, including GDPR, IP, IT, employment, and regulatory compliance.

• Provide legal advice and guidance to departments such as video team, marketing, and operations
• Assist with reviewing, negotiating, and drafting various contracts and agreements
• Drafting terms of use, privacy, and cookie policies
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure compliance

• Up to 2–3 years' working experience in law firms, IT startups, or companies
• Working knowledge of data and privacy issues, IP law, and general product development considerations
• Experience working with different jurisdictions, with a focus on North America and Europe
• Professional fluency in English, Ukrainian, or Russian language, with other EU languages a plus
