Senior IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead our end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions. This dynamic individual will serve as the PMO Guild Master, dedicating 50% of their time to fostering excellence within our Project Management community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international project management, with proven leadership skills and experience in managing complex project teams. They will be fluent in English and possess expertise in Confluence, Jira, ITIL, and Agile methodologies.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about project execution and community leadership. As a trusted advisor, you will empower our clients to unleash the full potential of the ServiceNow platform and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions using internal methodologies with agile/scrum elements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Manage project financials, including profit and loss.
  • Monitor progress, perform risk management, and report to management.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Manage project resources and utilization.
  • Track and analyze project performance and goal completion.

PMO Guild Leadership:

  • Establish and maintain the vision, mission, and objectives of the PMO Guild.
  • Align guild initiatives with organizational goals and PMO strategies.
  • Own and enforce methodologies, tools, and best practices in project, program, and agile management.
  • Define career paths for project managers and support their development.
  • Lead the ADP lecturers group and share updates on PM ADP.
  • Act as an authority in hiring and promotion processes within the PMO.
  • Foster open communication and a positive problem-solving culture.
  • Collaborate with other guild masters and act as an evangelist for the PMO area.
