Job Overview:

HCL Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Master Data Strategist to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing data architectures, with a deep understanding of SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, robust data architectures to support business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data integration processes, focusing on data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, promoting best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making, driving business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or in a similar role, with a strong background in engineering and consulting.
  • Strong consulting background with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems, with knowledge of Python preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
