About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Software Engineer to join our team.

This is a senior individual contributor role, ideal for someone with deep technical skills, autonomy, and a passion for building robust systems using cutting-edge Azure and AI technologies.

The successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional team operating within a refined value delivery model, where backlog flows from stakeholders through product owners, structured around epics, features, and user stories — from planning to review, with a continuous focus on measurable progress.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain REST APIs: Connecting enterprise systems, chatbots, and LLMs, enabling seamless data exchange and interactions.
  • Integrate LLM Models: Incorporating Azure OpenAI models into backend services to process queries at scale, providing accurate and efficient results.
  • Design and Optimize Data Models: Creating SQL and NoSQL data models for chatbot and analytics workflows, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Build Scalable Cloud-Native Solutions: Utilizing Azure App Services, Functions, and Cognitive Services to develop robust and secure cloud-based applications.
  • Implement Observability and Security: Ensuring logging, monitoring, alerting, security, performance, and scalability of backend services, guaranteeing high availability and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# and Python, experience with Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, and Cognitive Services. They should also possess expertise in REST API design, system integrations, and Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
