Technical Director

We are seeking a technical expert to lead our L1/L2 application support function.

1. Lead and manage the L1/L2 Fenergo AMS support team, ensuring service level agreement adherence.
2. Act as the highest technical escalation point for critical incidents.
3. Define and maintain operational standards, runbooks, and escalation processes.
4. Oversee cross-system integrations (customer relationship management, anti-money laundering, document management).
5. Drive root cause analysis, trend identification, and implementation of preventive measures.
6. Coordinate with infrastructure, business analyst, and vendor teams on platform changes, releases, and enhancements.
7. Define monitoring strategies and reporting frameworks to ensure proactive system health management.
8. Mentor senior engineers and promote a knowledge-sharing culture.

Requirements: Advanced skills in SQL performance diagnostics, job scheduling/monitoring, ITIL best practices, customer relationship management, application programming interface, strong leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
