Your career opportunity

In this role, you will support the Programme Director for Europe to deliver programme outcomes. This role focuses on improving the quality, accuracy, and traceability of regulatory returns while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements for prudential returns, reporting production processes, risk assessment, and remediation techniques to identify and address data and process control gaps.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyse and review regulatory return processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Investigate reporting errors and identify root causes to lead remediation efforts
  • Map and analyse reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and control gaps
  • Design and implement control uplifts to reduce the risk in the Regulatory reporting process
  • Collaborate with Data teams to document data lineage for Regulatory reporting processes
  • Track and document remediation plans including corrective action follow-ups
  • Partner with business teams to align on reporting requirements and remediation plans
  • Manage Risks, Issues & Dependencies and escalate as required
