Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to create innovative products and services powered by GenAI and other advanced AI technologies. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing both for and with AI, creating user experiences that incorporate AI-driven features while leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of commercial product design experience, with at least one successfully launched product
- Strong UI and UX design expertise, with a portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process, problem-solving approach, and measurable impact
- Experience designing products that leverage AI/ML or GenAI, with an understanding of unique challenges like trust, transparency, personalization, and user control
- Ability to co-create with AI tools (e.g., for ideation, content generation, or visual exploration) while maintaining a human-centered design approach
- Familiarity with responsible AI design principles, such as bias mitigation, explainable AI, and ethical design frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present, argue, and align design solutions with stakeholders
- Self-driven and collaborative mindset, comfortable working with corporate clients and innovative startups alike
