Job Title: Senior Product Manager for Emergency Response Systems

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven senior product manager to lead the development of our emergency response systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop product requirements and contribute to the product roadmap that drives business growth while ensuring customer needs and pain-points are a priority
  • Build, edit, and maintain the product area and team backlog, including features, user stories, defects, and research spikes
  • Transform technical necessities into value-driven initiatives
  • Review and prioritize the backlog as part of the preparatory work for release and sprint planning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in product ownership, product planning, product management, business analysis, or engineering
  • Strong ability to take complex user requirements and distill them into a format that is intuitive and clear to developers and non-technical staff
  • Ability to research and analyze project requirements from various stakeholders
  • Build consensus among stakeholders
  • Agile, Scrum, Kanban experience
  • Experience utilizing product and project management tools such as Aha, Jira, and DevOps
