Job Overview:We seek a skilled IT educator to join our Learning & Development Center in Budapest. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality IT courses that foster effective learning experiences.
Estimated Salary:The estimated annual salary range for this position is approximately €45,000-€60,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
About the Role:This role involves creating engaging educational content, conducting teaching sessions, mentoring students, and collaborating with experts in various technical fields to develop new IT courses. You will also be expected to prepare curriculums, process skills matrices, and interpret requirements for candidates taught in these courses.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement educational materials (theory, practice, tests, study cases).
- Implement modern educational technologies into corporate education.
- Gamify learning experiences.
- Participate in improving existing NIX educational courses.
- Consult teachers on training issues.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in Computer Science and possess expertise in at least one of the following areas: Linux, DevOps, Java, .NET, JS, or Python. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
