We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to join our team at Mettler-Toledo. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the project planning, execution, and delivery of IT enhancements supporting service technicians.

Job Description

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading project planning, execution, and delivery for IT enhancements supporting service technicians
  • Coordinating project timelines to ensure seamless execution
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation and reports to facilitate transparency and accountability
  • Developing a project management framework to ensure consistent monitoring and controlling processes across all streams
  • Supporting the Product Manager in defining the roadmap for the entire portfolio

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or a service-oriented environment. Strong understanding of IT systems and their application in service operations is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or a service-oriented environment
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and their application in service operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Tools (MS Project, MS SQL) are a plus
