The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the finance department, including managing budgets, forecasting, and cost allocation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance or management accounting roles.
• Detailed understanding of the financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Good understanding of controlling or FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and profitability analysis at various levels.
• Proven experience in key accounting and finance processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience engaging senior management or C-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English required.
