Commercial Contract Specialist

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in commercial and contract management. As a Commercial Contract Specialist, you will provide expert support to internal clients, analyzing contracts, identifying risks, and developing innovative solutions to drive revenue growth and cost reduction.

About the Role:
You will lead independently commercial and contract management support to internal clients, including analysis, reviews, drafting, and redlining contract documents. You will also be responsible for managing the bid/RFP process and leading or contributing to contract and/or commercial negotiations with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Develop and implement effective commercial solutions to drive revenue growth and cost reduction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless contract management processes
- Provide expert advice and guidance on contractual and commercial topics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, finance)
- 8+ years of experience in commercial and contract management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of commercial and legal principles
