Job Description
  • Manage the full accounting cycle, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
  • Prepare tax declarations and financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (VAT, CIT, UoR)
  • Collaborate with external institutions, such as the US, GUS, and NBP, to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
  • Regularly report results and collaborate with auditors and advisors to maintain transparency and accountability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's financial systems, including ERP and MS Office
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and efficiency
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, including US GAAP
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems
