Job Description
Lead Continuous Improvement Expert
We are seeking an experienced Lead Continuous Improvement Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing continuous improvement systems, as well as strong coaching skills for teams and leaders. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing a continuous improvement system that fits the organization's needs.
• Supporting the company in implementing changes based on Lean Management principles.
• Cotyping leaders and teams on how to effectively use Lean methods and tools in daily operations.
• Analyzing and optimizing cross-team processes to improve collaboration and efficiency.
• Actively participating in Agile transformation by applying the right tools, supporting teams, and fostering engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Key Competencies
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a structured approach to process optimization. Additionally, experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Design Thinking) is highly desirable.
