Job Title: Electronic Manager R&D Chargers

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Manager R&D Chargers to lead our interdisciplinary team in the design and development of advanced power electronics solutions.

Job Description:
  • Lead the development of power electronics design projects, ensuring compliance with the latest standards and technologies.
  • Manage external development projects in the area of chargers, collaborating with the responsible Product Manager and Project Manager.
  • Follow the Charger Roadmap, ensuring its alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with progressively responsible experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, enabling effective management of international teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Proficiency in Polish language.
  • Thorough knowledge of power electronics and digital electronics.
  • Knowledge of EMC certification and related standards.
