About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to drive our DevOps Team, oversee cloud infrastructure and operations, and lead a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in DevOps and Cloud, experience in leading people, and fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and project timelines.
  • Resolve team conflicts and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders, gathering and prioritizing requirements, ensure that the team delivers features that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cloud DevOps Team Lead or similar role.
  • Understanding DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud automation.
  • Knowledge on Cloud Principles and understanding differences between PaaS, SaaS, IaaS.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in cost analysis and optimization for cloud services.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, and automation in cloud environments.
