Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across platforms
• Automate processes for Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) to ensure seamless operations
• Create robust monitoring and alert systems for various processes and environments
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement cutting-edge cloud solutions

Requirements:
• 10 years of professional IT experience
• At least 5-years' experience as a CloudOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Experience in the management of applications that operate on cloud environment
• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices
• Strong scripting and automation skills using languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience in building and maintenance of production systems based on microservices and distributed systems architecture at scale
• Good understanding of the network paradigms and stacks available
• Broad knowledge of IT Infrastructure automation in general
• Communicative English (at least B2)
• Communicative German (at least B2)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack, Datadog)
• Experience with software building tools
• Experience in administering Linux OS
